  • Some parents find that their local school systems have serious problems meeting expectations, assisting with their child’s needs and maximizing their child’s potential. It may be helpful to locate a special education mediator to assist with conflict resolution or to move the child into a special needs school. For more information about these issues or helpful resources, see [School and Education Issues.]
